StudyMyTremor is an application designed to assist users in recording, analyzing, and tracking hand tremors, commonly referred to as "tremor." This app utilizes a scientifically validated method for measuring and analyzing tremors, which has been employed in over 30 international clinical studies over the past two decades.

The app allows users to assess and quantify their tremor, enabling effective tracking of their measurements over time. Users have the option to upload their results as text files to iCloud Drive for additional visualization or for sharing and importing into personal Electronic Health Record (EHR) applications.

Tremor refers to the involuntary trembling of a limb, with the most noticeable occurrence being the shaking of the outstretched hand. While light tremors are common in all individuals, an increase in tremor amplitude can significantly impact daily activities. Elevated tremors may indicate various medical conditions, including Parkinson's disease, essential tremor, hypothyroidism, or certain psychiatric disorders.

It is important to note that this app is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease.

Currently, tremor severity and frequency are not integrated with iHealth; future updates will connect the app to the iHealth ecosystem once these values become available.

For users on iPad, please note that the app is not optimized for this device; the iPad is too large and heavy for accurate hand tremor measurements.
